BEIJING — The best Olympic sport? Handball, taking the best parts of soccer and basketball with twice the flopping. The Egypt vs. Russia contest yesterday was a nail-biter, with Russia’s Alexey Rastvortsev dramatically tossing in the winning goal at the buzzer. It was the Russian’s first win in the Olympic men’s handball tournament. Croatia, the defending gold medalists, won earlier in the day, but they expect to face stiff competition from Germany and Denmark. Stay tuned next week for the results of the women’s trampoline qualifications. Photo by Kevin Frayer

They seem to have forgotten the parts where you check the time, open the oven, cool it off, and finish with the serve, a set of moves so sweet they can only be topped by The Dumptruck. Maybe Andrew Andrew is saving those parts of the dance for video #2? A little bit of Tim & Eric and Yo Gabba Gabba in this. Via Murketing.

Meet Chuck, aka the Poetic Prophet, aka The SEO Rapper, who hit on an idea perfect for middle management: rapping about social media addiction, design coding, and conversion closing. If you’re lucky, he’ll teach lame white girls how to do tha page rank.

Warning: Do not try any of these unless you are experienced in the ways of the dark arts. There’s just something funny about finding questions about Satanic rituals at Yahoo Answers. Does voodoo work? omg yes

David Coyle’s video is not on view at the New Museum, but it’s worth a look.

Great collection of people who thought they were taking a picture, only to realize that their digital camera was set on video. And then they uploaded them to YouTube, naturally. My favorite is this cast of girls who take a full 30 seconds to realize what the problem is, then decide to do their sexy pose outside of Applebee’s.

Update: A Murketing reader responds: Vimeo calls it “fauxtographs” and has a whole channel dedicated to it. (Thanks, Rob)
