Light Energy Studio has a “no return” policy, which is convenient for them since they engage in false representation of the items they sell. Their “Lumen Glass” display is shown in its ad and even on its box with a plasma screen – you even reach it on their website by clicking “plasma displays”. It is not a plasma screen, but an LED simulation of a plasma screen. It has none of the subtlety or magic of a plasma display, it simply flashes in cheap imitation. I reached Light Energy Studio upon receiving this bogus light in the mail, their “no return” policy was quoted to me and they had no sympathy for an unhappy customer. Don’t buy from them.
